Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is preferred.
• Ability to read and follow written instructions.

• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Willingness to work in a manufacturing environment with PPE.

Responsibilities

• Assemble products, components, and subassemblies according to instructions and drawings.
• Use hand tools, power tools, and measuring devices to perform assembly.
• Inspect components and finished products to ensure quality.
• Identify and report defects or equipment issues.
• Read and interpret blueprints and work orders.
• Maintain accurate production and quality records.
• Follow safety policies and 5S standards.
• Assist with inventory counts and material handling as needed.
• Collaborate with team to meet production goals.
• Participate in training and continuous improvement initiatives.
