Job summary

TechPro Power Group in Crown Point, IN is seeking an entry-level Project Manager I to assist in managing small electrical projects and develop foundational PM skills. You will support senior PMs, coordinate tasks, and foster customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and safe, compliant execution.

Ideal candidates have 0–2 years' experience, proficiency in MS Office, and strong organizational skills. This onsite role offers a clear path to Level 2 PM responsibilities with discretionary bonus

Qualifications

• 0–2 years of experience in project coordination or a related role.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist senior PMs in scheduling meetings and milestones.
• Prepare and maintain basic project documentation.
• Track project tasks and ensure timely completion.
• Coordinate logistics and site preparation for projects.
• Ensure adherence to safety and project management standards.
• Maintain relationships with customers and vendors.
