Qualifications

• 0–2 years of project coordination or related experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide project support and assist senior PMs with scheduling and milestones.
• Prepare, distribute, and maintain basic project documentation.
• Maintain organized project files and ensure data accuracy.
• Coordinate communications via email and phone with customers and team.
• Help develop simple project plans and budgets with the team.
• Assist in basic takeoffs and estimating data gathering.
• Track tasks and ensure timely completion; support site preparation logistics.
• Generate basic progress reports and ensure adherence to PM standards.
• Follow safety protocols and assist with regulatory compliance.
