You will assist senior PMs, coordinate tasks, and communicate with customers while learning safety standards and industry regulations. This entry-level role serves as a steppingstone to Level 2 project management responsibilities.

Qualifications

• 0-2 years of experience in project coordination or related role.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist senior PMs in scheduling meetings, appointments, and milestones.
• Prepare, distribute, and maintain basic project documentation.
• Maintain organized project files and data accuracy.
• Coordinate with customers and team members to develop simple project plans and budgets.
• Support estimating by gathering data and basic takeoffs.
• Track tasks and ensure timely completion.
