Job summary

Rosendin Electric invites applications for an Estimator I to support bid preparation on electrical construction projects. You’ll learn to gather data, perform takeoffs, and build estimates under supervision while contributing to small and medium project bids.

The role requires a related bachelor’s degree and up to 2 years of estimating experience, with exposure to Accubid and strong MS Office skills. On-site work in Sterling, VA with a supportive team and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
• 0–2 years of estimating commercial construction projects, preferably electrical.
• Basic experience with Accubid estimating.

Responsibilities

• Review proposals and drawings to determine scope and cost.
• Assist senior estimators with takeoffs and pricing.
• Prepare estimates using established procedures and templates.
• Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors for quotes.
• Ensure timely completion of client-required documents.
