Job summary

IMEG is seeking an Electrical Engineering New Graduate in Greenwood Village, CO to assist in the design, analysis, and implementation oversight of electrical systems in buildings. You will work hands-on with mentorship, training, and growth opportunities from day one, contributing to hospitality, resort, and mixed-use projects while emphasizing energy-efficient design.

You’ll collaborate with senior engineers and multidisciplinary teams, support planning and documentation, and help deliver work

Qualifications

• BS in Electrical Engineering or equivalent required.
• Engineering in Training (EIT) or equivalent required.
• Strong technical and analytical skills in circuit theory, electromagnetism, power systems, and electronics.
• Familiar with industry software and tools (lighting photometrics, energy compliance, and document tools).

Responsibilities

• Assist in design and analysis of electrical systems for buildings with detailed designs and calculations.
• Assist engineering analysis and oversight of electrical systems during projects.
• Gather requirements and communicate technical information with clients.
• Build and maintain client relationships through professional communication.
• Support projects to align with budgets, goals, and client expectations.
• Help with project planning and scheduling to meet deadlines.
• Document design decisions and instructions; monitor progress.
• Analyze low to medium complexity tasks with senior staff for practical solutions.
• Participate in IMEG quality control to meet standards and client needs.
• Stay updated on industry trends and contribute to innovation efforts.
• Prioritize safety and mitigate risks in electrical systems.
