Job summary

Vantage Elevation, LLC is seeking an EHS Specialist to join our Bronx-based team. This entry-level role focuses on environmental, health and safety program administration, workplace inspections, and incident investigations in a manufacturing setting.

You will support compliance with OSHA and NYSDOL regulations, develop safety training, and maintain documentation and records. The schedule is Monday–Friday, 8:00am–4:30pm, with competitive benefits and opportunities for professional growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in occupational safety, Environmental Health and Safety, Industrial Hygiene, or a related field preferred.
• Proficiency with OSHA/NYS regulations and training delivery is expected.
• Experience with safety program administration, inspections, and incident investigations is valued.

Responsibilities

• Review, update, and implement environmental, health, and safety policies, procedures, and programs.
• Assist with compliance with OSHA, NYSDOL, NYCDEP and other regulations.
• Administer workers’ compensation processes including incident investigations and OSHA records.
• Serve as primary contact for employees on work-related injuries and safety concerns.
• Conduct safety inspections and workplace audits; document findings and corrective actions.
• Coordinate and deliver safety training to employees.
• Maintain safety documentation, certifications, and policy violations.
• Support safety committee activities and maintain safety data sheets.
