You will collaborate with EHS managers and subcontractors, help identify hazards, and promote a culture of safety and inclusion. This role is ideal for someone new to the field or transitioning from the trades, with a focus on professional growth and hands-on experience.

Qualifications

• Associates or Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management or EH&S or equivalent.
• Broad theoretical knowledge typically obtained through advanced education.

Responsibilities

• Provide safety support and technical assistance to project teams on site.
• Be an excellent role model for Skanska and subcontractor personnel in EHS practices.
• Support project teams in identifying and providing solutions for construction and environmental hazards.
