ZenaTech is seeking a Fleet Manager to join our Mesa, AZ operations team. This entry-level role focuses on overseeing and maintaining the company’s vehicle fleet, ensuring safety, compliance, and availability to support daily operations.

The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and eager to gain hands-on experience in fleet operations, reporting to the operations supervisor and collaborating with drivers and service providers to keep all vehicles road‑ready.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Prior experience with fleet management, vehicle maintenance, or logistics coordination.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Physical ability to occasionally lift up to 40 lbs and work in outdoor environments.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate records of all vehicles in the Mesa fleet, including registration, insurance, and maintenance history.
• Schedule and coordinate routine maintenance, inspections, and repairs with service providers.
• Track vehicle mileage, fuel usage, and service intervals to minimize downtime.
• Maintain an organized inventory of fleet equipment, tools, and supplies.
