Vortex Doors, America’s premier door repair company, is seeking Service Technicians to join a team of industry professionals. You will install, repair, and maintain commercial doors and hardware, ensuring safety and code compliance, with emphasis on quality workmanship.

The role emphasizes problem-solving, strong mechanical aptitude, and excellent customer service to meet customers’ needs and build lasting relationships.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in commercial door service is a plus.
• Ability to use hand and power tools effectively.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Good communication and customer service capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Install and repair a variety of commercial doors and hardware.
• Diagnose door-related issues such as springs, hinges, locks, and electrical components.
• Install and configure door hardware including locks and access control systems.
• Ensure safety and code compliance of installations.
• Provide excellent customer service and explain repair processes.
