Vortex Doors, America’s highest quality and most customer-centric door repair company, is seeking Service Technicians to join our team. We are considering applicants with door experience or entry level with no experience.

As an Service Technician, you will install, repair, and maintain commercial doors and related hardware, while ensuring safety and code compliance. Strong problem-solving and customer service skills are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Experience in the commercial door service industry is a plus.
• Ability to use hand and power tools effectively and read a tape measure.
• Strong problem-solving and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Install, repair, and maintain commercial doors and hardware.
• Diagnose door-related issues and perform routine repairs.
• Install hardware such as locks, handles, closers, and access control.
• Ensure safety and building code compliance in all work.
• Provide clear explanations to customers and document service visits.
