Jacobs Engineering Group Inc. is seeking an Entry Level Document Control Coordinator in Cincinnati, OH. You will support Life Sciences projects by coordinating and administering configuration management for specifications and change documents.
You will handle vendor/subcontract documentation, EDMS uploads, reports, and coordination with PM, discipline leads, and construction teams. A strong attention to detail and MS Office/SharePoint skills are essential.

Your impact
We are looking for an eager and curious Entry Level Document Control Coordinator to join our Life Sciences team in Cincinnati, OH. As a key member of our Life Sciences program support team, you'll be coordinating and administering configuration management activities related to identification, control, and accounting for specification and change documents directly related to the assigned project.

The base salary range for this position is $40,800.00 to $78,430.00; though will be paid hourly based on hours worked. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
