The role requires basic automotive knowledge, store systems know-how, and ability to source from stores, hubs, PDQ and external suppliers. The role includes providing DIY services, maintaining inventory and store standards, and delivering parts to customers when needed. A basic vehicle safety background is preferred.

Qualifications

• Speak and write English; Spanish a plus.
• Read and interpret safety rules and maintenance instructions.
• Use basic math accurately in all units.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent selling experience for DIY customers in store and over the phone.
• Aim to meet personal and store sales goals.
• Provide DIY services such as battery installation and wiper installs.
• Maintain store product and operational standards.
• Manage inventory processes including truck put away, cycle counts, and back stock.
• Keep store clean: floors, bathrooms, facing, dusting, parking lot.
• Stock truck and back stock.
• Safely deliver parts to customers as needed.
