Job summary

Advance Auto Parts is seeking a Salesperson to support the DIY business, delivering excellent customer service in-store and by phone. You will perform DIY services (battery installation, testing, wiper installs) and help meet store sales goals while maintaining inventory and cleanliness standards.

The role requires basic automotive knowledge, ability to use store systems, and strong communication. The position may be part-time or full-time with varying shifts.

Qualifications

• Speak and write English (Spanish a plus)
• Read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, parts catalogs, and procedure manuals
• Use basic math accurately: add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent selling experience for DIY customers in-store and on the phone
• Achieve personal sales goals and help store reach overall sales targets
• Provide DIY services such as battery installation, testing, wiper installs
• Maintain store product and operational standards; manage inventory processes (stock, counts, back stock)
