Job summary

Advance Auto Parts is seeking a Salesperson to support the DIY business with knowledge of store systems, basic automotive parts knowledge, and customer service excellence. The role involves sourcing parts across channels, inventory maintenance, and providing services like battery installation and wiper replacements.

The position can be part-time or full-time. Candidates should be able to work varied shifts including weekends, and have basic driving/navigation skills.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of successful sales experience in a diverse retail environment.
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers, peers and management.
• Basic automotive part knowledge and ability to source from stores, hubs, pdq, and external suppliers.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent selling experience for DIY customer visits and phone calls.
• Achieve personal sales goals and help store achieve its sales goals.
• Provide DIY services including battery installation and wiper installs.
