Job summary

BMS CAT is a leader in disaster restoration providing cleanup, remediation, and rebuild services from residential to commercial projects. We are seeking an entry-level Restoration Technician to join our operations in Arlington, TX.

No prior restoration experience is required, as we train new hires to perform smoke, fire, and water cleanup in a fast-paced setting. You will support day-to-day remediation activities, follow safety and quality standards, and help prepare sites, move materials, and

Qualifications

• Willing to train in smoke, fire, and water restoration.
• Ability to perform physical labor and lift 50+ lbs.
• Follow safety, compliance, and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Perform detailed cleaning, wiping, HEPA vacuuming, and debris removal in remediation work zones.
• Assist with setting up containment barriers and air machines.
• Conduct pre-clean and post-clean sanitation per IICRC standards.
• Safely handle and dispose of contaminated materials.
• Load-in/load-out of equipment, tools, and materials.
• Maintain cleanliness of work areas, vehicles, and equipment.
• Follow PPE requirements and safety protocols.
• Document daily work activities with photos and inventory.
• Assist with odor removal and surface decontamination as needed.
• Uphold professionalism with customers and onsite staff.
