Qualifications

• Strong math skills, fractions, decimals and basic geometry.
• Excellent attention to detail and patience to measure carefully.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
• Reliable attendance and willingness to learn.
• US citizen or lawful permanent resident due to ITAR requirements.

Responsibilities

• Measure fasteners using calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
• Read drawings, purchase orders, job routers, and military specifications.
• Calculate tolerances and decide pass/fail.
