Job summary

WebFX, a full-service digital marketing agency based in the United States, seeks an entry-level Jr. Digital Communications Account Manager to join its Marketing team in Harrisburg, PA.

The role focuses on client communication, data-driven marketing strategies, and hands-on training to build foundational digital marketing skills. You will work in-office, collaborating with a team of industry experts, and gain exposure to SEO, PPC, content strategy, and CRO while developing analytical capabilities

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (or within 1 year of graduating) in any major.
• GPA of 3.4 or higher.
• Experience is welcome but not required; training will be provided.
• Interested in a career in digital marketing and able to work full-time in Harrisburg, PA.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable in a customer-facing environment and data-driven decision making.
• Familiar with AI tools and emerging tech.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the direct point of contact for a dedicated list of clients, providing industry advice and recommendations.
• Build long-lasting client relationships and maintain our world-class retention rate.
• Create and execute data-driven SEO and AI visibility strategies and optimizations.
• Plan and manage PPC campaigns (Google Ads) to deliver positive results for clients.
• Develop content strategy outlines for copywriters and CRO projects.
• Perform light edits in the backend of client websites to correct errors.
