Job summary

Transport Refrigeration Services is seeking an entry-level Diesel & Trailer Technician to join our service team. Pay ranges from $26.75 to $30.25 per hour depending on experience, with a $2 per hour shift differential for night shifts.

The role includes travel for training or customer needs and opportunities for ASE certification pay. We offer PTO from day one, health/dental/vision insurance, HSA contributions, employer-paid life & long-term disability, and a 401(k) with company match after one

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license required.
• Must possess or obtain a toolbox and required tools.
• Occasional travel for training or customer needs.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance on trailers.
• Handle DOT/FHWA inspections and meet standard service times.
• Repair and replace tires, brakes, and suspension systems.
• Conduct electrical and ABS troubleshooting and repairs.
• Weld and fabricate using steel and aluminum.
• Take on road service calls and company vehicle repairs.
