Job summary

Transport Refrigeration Services in Cleburne, TX is seeking an Entry-Level Diesel & Trailer Technician. The role offers hourly pay between $26.75 and $30.25, depending on experience, with shifts options 3x12 or 4x10 hours.

Responsibilities include preventive trailer maintenance, DOT inspections, brake and tire work, electrical diagnostics, welding, and potential road service calls. ASE certifications earn extra pay; PTO starts day one, and benefits include medical, dental, vision.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license required.
• Must possess toolbox and required tools.

• Ability to travel occasionally for training or customer needs.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance on trailers.
• Handle DOT/FHWA inspections and meet standard service times.
• Repair and replace tires, brakes, and suspension systems.
• Conduct electrical and ABS troubleshooting & repairs.
• Weld and fabricate using steel and aluminum.
• Reefer unit experience is a plus.
• Take on road service calls and company vehicle repairs.
• Keep our shop clean, safe, and efficient.
