Transport Refrigeration Services in Gordonsville, VA is hiring an Entry-Level Diesel & Trailer Technician. This role focuses on preventative trailer maintenance, DOT inspections, tire and brake work, ABS diagnostics, and basic welding, with occasional road service calls. A valid license and tools are required, plus a team-oriented, professional attitude.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance on trailers.
• Handle DOT/FHWA inspections and meet standard service times.
• Repair and replace tires, brakes, and suspension systems.
• Conduct electrical and ABS troubleshooting and repairs.
• Weld and fabricate using steel and aluminum.
• Take on road service calls and company vehicle repairs.
• Keep the shop clean, safe and efficient.

Pay- $26.75 /hourly- $30.25/ hourly- Based on experience.
