Boss Shop in Hubbard, OH is hiring an Entry Level Shop Technician to perform entry level mechanical repairs in a timely and professional manner. This role involves completing training programs, performing preventative maintenance, tire and electrical work, and ensuring safety and quality in all tasks.

Qualifications

• DOT Medical Card required at Boss Shops.
• Ability to obtain ASE, DOT, and other relevant certifications as required.
• Successful completion of internal technician training programs.

Responsibilities

• Performs oil changes, lubrication, and filter replacement.
• Greases trucks and trailers.
• Performs tire repair and related services.
• Conducts CSA inspections and emergency road service calls.
• Performs basic electrical diagnosis and repairs (lighting, wiring, 7-way).
• Performs minor trailer maintenance and body repairs.
• Conducts basic air system repairs and fittings.
• Performs battery testing and replacement.
• Maintains shop cleanliness and organization.
• Ensures tools and service vehicles are clean and functional.
