At Soar Autism Center, our care model is based on the Early Start Denver Model (ESDM), a program tailored to the unique learning needs of children with early autism. We integrate child development best practices and behavior analysis to help children grow, learn, and thrive.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary caregiver, teaching new skills to children in a 1:1 setting to support their growth.
• Engage children in play-based routines, turning everyday moments into learning opportunities.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to design and implement individualized development plans, maintaining fidelity to the ESDM and Soar's model.
• Build strong relationships with families, providing regular updates and guidance based on best practices.

Qualifications

• Interest and experience in child care roles or related educational backgrounds (e.g., psychology, child development).
• Strong interpersonal skills for connecting with children and families.
• Ability to work effectively in a team.
• Reliable transportation to training and center locations; punctuality is essential.
• Physical ability to meet requirements, including lifting up to 50 lbs., sitting/kneeling on the floor, and quick position shifts.
