Entry Level Design Assistant/Scheduling Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Assist with entry-level base maps, small designs, and 3D landscape design models.
• Help with measurements and site elevations as needed.
• Coordinate with the Sales Manager on daily priorities.
• Maintain organized project files, manage documentation, and prepare reports and invoices.
• Support sales team and designers with various duties.
• Serve as the main contact for digger's hotline.
• Coordinate job setup with production.

Qualifications

• Interest in Landscape Architecture, Horticulture, Environmental Design, or related field; degree pursuit preferred but not required.
• Valid driver's license and insurability under the company's policy.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple tasks.
• Creative, proactive, enthusiastic, with a passion for landscape design and sustainability.

Physical Requirements

• Lift up to 25 pounds and transport materials.
• Work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Sit for extended periods working on design and administrative tasks.
• Handle repetitive motions and use hand tools or devices for measurements.
