Job summary

Aspen Dental in Mount Pleasant, TX is hiring an Entry-Level Dental Assistant. No prior dental experience is required; you’ll receive paid training through DANB and work toward becoming a CDA while supporting a busy dental team.

Hourly pay starts at $14–$18 with full-time benefits including health, vision, 401(k), paid time off, and continuing education opportunities through TAG U. Training and advancement are provided across independent locations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Obtain radiology and safety certification within the required timeframe.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with patients of all ages.

Responsibilities

• Assist during a variety of treatment procedures
• Set up and breakdown operatory post treatment
• Manage infection control – prepare and sterilize instruments and equipment
• Support patient charting for Doctors
• Perform various office tasks as necessary
• Collaborate with other members of the dental team to provide exceptional patient care
