Job summary

Aspen Dental is seeking an Entry-Level Dental Assistant in Mount Pleasant, TX. No experience required; you will be paid while receiving hands-on training through the DANB partnership with a clear path to becoming a CDA.

Salary ranges from $14 to $18 per hour with full-time options and flexible scheduling across locations. Responsibilities include assisting with procedures, operatory setup, infection control, charting support, and general office tasks.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Radiology and safety certification within the required timeframe for the state of practice.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients of all ages and backgrounds.
• Commitment to ongoing learning and professional development.

Responsibilities

• Assist during a variety of treatment procedures
• Set up and breakdown operatory post treatment
• Manage infection control – prepare and sterilize instruments and equipment
• Supports patient charting for Doctors
• Perform various office tasks as necessary
• Collaborate with other members of the dental team to provide exceptional patient care
