Job summary

Aspen Dental seeks an Entry-Level Dental Assistant. No prior dental experience or certification is required; you’ll be paid while receiving hands-on training through our partnership with DANB and a clear path toward becoming a Certified Dental Assistant (CDA).

Salary is $20-$24 per hour with scheduling options including part-time, full-time, and flexible hours. You’ll work with a supportive dental team dedicated to community care and patient service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Obtain radiology and safety certification within the state’s required timeframe.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to relate to patients of all ages.
• Commitment to ongoing learning and professional development.

Responsibilities

• Assist during a variety of treatment procedures
• Set up and breakdown operatory post treatment
• Manage infection control – prepare and sterilize instruments and equipment
• Support patient charting for Doctors
• Perform various office tasks as necessary
• Collaborate with other members of the dental team to provide exceptional patient care
