Job summary

Aspen Dental in Pasadena, TX is seeking an Entry-Level Dental Assistant. No prior dental experience required; you will receive paid hands-on training through the Dental Assisting National Board (DANB) with a clear path to becoming a CDA, while working with a community-focused team.

You’ll assist in a variety of procedures, maintain operatory setup, ensure infection control, support charting, and collaborate with the dental team to deliver exceptional patient care.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Radiology and safety certification obtained within state-required timeframe
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with patients

Responsibilities

• Assist during a variety of treatment procedures
• Set up and breakdown operatory post treatment
• Manage infection control - prepare and sterilize instruments and equipment
• Support patient charting for Doctors
• Perform various office tasks as necessary
• Collaborate with the dental team to provide exceptional patient care
