Job summary

Aspen Dental is seeking an Entry-Level Dental Assistant with no prior dental experience required. You’ll receive paid, hands-on training through our DANB partnership and work toward becoming a Certified Dental Assistant (CDA).

You’ll join a team that serves our community every day and supports your growth. We offer paid training to become radiology and safety certified, a range of scheduling options (part-time and full-time), and a benefits package including health, vision, and a 401(k).

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Obtain radiology and safety certification within state requirements.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with patients of diverse backgrounds.
• Commitment to ongoing learning and professional development.

Responsibilities

• Assist during a variety of treatment procedures.
• Set up and breakdown operatory post treatment.
• Manage infection control – prepare and sterilize instruments and equipment.
• Support patient charting for Doctors.
• Perform various office tasks as necessary.
• Collaborate with the dental team to provide exceptional patient care.
