Job summary

Aspen Dental is seeking an entry-level Dental Assistant in Michigan. You’ll receive paid, hands-on training through the DANB and a clear path toward becoming a CDA, while working with a team dedicated to helping patients in your community.

Salary ranges from $18 to $23 per hour with full-time, part-time, and flexible scheduling options. Paid training for radiology and safety certs is provided, along with PTO, health, vision, and a 401(k) plan.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Radiology and safety certification within the required timeframe for the state of practice.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Commitment to ongoing learning and professional development.

Responsibilities

• Assist during a variety of treatment procedures.
• Set up and breakdown operatory post treatment.
• Manage infection control – prepare and sterilize instruments and equipment.
• Support patient charting for Doctors.
• Perform various office tasks as necessary.
• Collaborate with other members of the dental team to provide exceptional patient care.
