Job summary

Aspen Dental in Eau Claire, WI is seeking an Entry-Level Dental Assistant. No prior dental experience or certification is required.

You’ll receive paid, hands-on training through our partnership with the Dental Assisting National Board (DANB) and a clear path toward becoming a Certified Dental Assistant (CDA). As part of our team you’ll assist during a variety of procedures, set up and break down operatory post-treatment, manage infection control, support patient charting, and handle routine

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Obtain radiology and safety certification within the state-required timeframe.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with patients of diverse backgrounds.

Responsibilities

• Assist during a variety of treatment procedures.
• Set up and breakdown operatory post treatment.
• Manage infection control – sterilize instruments and equipment.
• Support patient charting for Doctors.
• Perform various office tasks as necessary.
• Collaborate with the dental team to provide excellent patient care.
