Job summary

Aspen Dental is seeking an Entry-Level Dental Assistant in Indiana. No dental experience or certification is required.

You’ll receive paid, hands-on training through our DANB partnership and a clear path toward becoming a Certified Dental Assistant (CDA) while supporting patients in your community. The role offers an hourly rate of $19, with flexible scheduling (part-time or full-time) and paid training to obtain radiology and safety certification through DANB.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Obtain radiology and safety certification within the required timeframe for the state of practice.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients of all ages and backgrounds.
• Commitment to ongoing learning and professional development.

Responsibilities

• Assist during a variety of treatment procedures.
• Set up and breakdown operatory post treatment.
• Manage infection control - prepare and sterilize instruments and equipment.
• Supports patient charting for Doctors.
• Perform various office tasks as necessary.
• Collaborate with other members of the dental team to provide exceptional patient care.
