Job summary

Aspen Dental is seeking an Entry-Level Dental Assistant in Michigan. No prior dental experience is required; you’ll receive paid, hands-on DANB-trained instruction and a clear path to becoming a Certified Dental Assistant (CDA), while working with a supportive team focused on community care.

Salary ranges from $18 to $20 per hour, with flexible scheduling at independently owned locations. You’ll train to become radiology-certified and join a comprehensive benefits program upon onboarding.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Obtain radiology and safety certification within the required timeframe for the state of practice.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with patients of all ages and backgrounds.
• Commitment to ongoing learning and professional development.

Responsibilities

• Assist during a variety of treatment procedures
• Set up and breakdown operatory post treatment
• Manage infection control – prepare and sterilize instruments and equipment
• Supports patient charting for Doctors
• Perform various office tasks as necessary
• Collaborate with other members of the dental team to provide exceptional patient care
