Aspen Dental in Meridian, Idaho is hiring an Entry-Level Dental Assistant. No prior dental experience or certification is required. You will receive paid training through the DANB program and a clear path to becoming a CDA, while supporting the clinical team and assisting with daily procedures.

Earn $19-$21 per hour with a $500 sign-on bonus. Schedule options vary by location, with part-time and full-time opportunities and standard benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Obtain radiology and safety certification within state-required timeframe.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with patients of diverse backgrounds.

Responsibilities

• Assist during a variety of treatment procedures.
• Set up and breakdown operatory post-treatment.
• Manage infection control—prepare and sterilize instruments and equipment.
• Support patient charting for Doctors.
• Perform office tasks as needed.
• Collaborate with dental team to deliver exceptional patient care.
