Job summary

Aspen Dental is hiring an Entry-Level Dental Assistant in Meridian, Idaho. No dental experience or certification is required. You’ll receive paid training through the Dental Assisting National Board (DANB) and a clear path toward becoming a CDA while helping patients in your community.

Salary: $19-$21 per hour, full-time with a $500 Sign-On Bonus. Responsibilities include assisting during procedures, operatory setup, infection control, charting support, and general office tasks.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Obtain radiology and safety certification within the required timeframe for the state of practice.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients of all ages and backgrounds.
• Commitment to ongoing learning and professional development.

Responsibilities

• Assist during a variety of treatment procedures.
• Set up and breakdown operatory post treatment.
• Manage infection control – prepare and sterilize instruments and equipment.
• Supports patient charting for Doctors.
• Perform various office tasks as necessary.
• Collaborate with other members of the dental team to provide exceptional patient care.
