Aspen Dental is hiring an Entry-Level Dental Assistant. No prior experience required; you’ll receive paid training through our partnership with the Dental Assisting National Board (DANB) and a clear path toward becoming a Certified Dental Assistant (CDA) while supporting patients in your community.

Salary ranges from $19 to $22 per hour with full-time schedules; training covers radiology and safety certifications, and opportunities for growth and ongoing education are provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Radiology and safety certification must be obtained within the required timeframe for the state of practice.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients of all ages and backgrounds.
• Commitment to ongoing learning and professional development.

Responsabilités

• Assist during a variety of treatment procedures.
• Set up and breakdown operatory post treatment.
• Manage infection control – prepare and sterilize instruments and equipment.
• Supports patient charting for Doctors
• Perform various office tasks as necessary
• Collaborate with other members of the dental team to provide exceptional patient care
