Job summary

Tyson Foods is seeking entry-level General Labor workers for Debone Operations. You will complete an 8-week qualification while learning and performing a variety of debone-line functions, maintaining a safe workplace and following Tyson policies.

Shifts are 1st shift with possible overtime and weekend work; training and qualification periods apply. Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment is essential.

Qualifications

• Entry-level, non-skilled production positions requiring an 8-week qualification period.
• Must maintain a safe work environment and follow Tyson policies and procedures.
• Work on the debone line and meet required production standards and line speeds.

Responsibilities

• Machine Feeder: place product on conveyors and ensure proper entry.
• Wing Cutter: remove wings according to quality standards.
• Breast Trimmer: trim boneless breast fillets to specification.
• Breast Puller: remove breast meat from frames and separate flank meat.
• Shoulder Cutter: cut front halves at the shoulder joint.
• Utility Labor: maintain product flow and support daily operations.
• Tender Scorer/Puller: separate tenderloins and check for bones.
• Cone Stabber: place product on debone cones and transfer to cones.
• Backup Labor: cross-train and support other positions on the line.
