Job summary

Tyson Foods is hiring a Line Labor team member to support poultry processing operations. You will perform production line duties in a fast-paced environment, ensuring products meet safety, quality, and animal welfare standards. Work includes inspecting, sorting, packaging, and handling poultry, maintaining clean work area, and following PPE and sanitation procedures.

This shift is 1ST SHIFT in the United States. Relocation assistance is not provided.

Qualifications

• No formal education required; on-the-job training provided.
• Able to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
• Ability to follow safety, sanitation, and USDA guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Perform production line tasks as assigned throughout the poultry processing operation.
• Handle, inspect, sort, trim, package, and process poultry products according to specifications.
• Maintain production flow while meeting quality and efficiency standards.
• Follow all food safety, USDA, sanitation, and animal welfare requirements.
• Monitor products for defects and report issues to supervisors.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Safely operate equipment and tools associated with assigned duties.
• Follow Tyson Foods safety procedures and wear required PPE.
• Assist with line changeovers, cleanup, and sanitation activities as needed.
• Work effectively with team members and supervisors to achieve daily production goals.
