Next Level Technician is hiring Entry Level Data Center Technicians in Philadelphia, PA. Earn $20 per hour with full training provided and a long-term opportunity across commercial and industrial sites, including data centers, schools, hospitals, and offices.

Responsibilities include supporting construction activities, assisting skilled trades, following PPE procedures, and learning low-voltage cabling while maintaining an organized workspace and strong safety mindset.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required; full training provided.
• Interest in building a long-term career in cabling or construction trades.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs, stand for long periods, and work in varying weather conditions.
• Reliable transportation to and from the job site.
• Strong work ethic, willingness to learn, and ability to follow instructions.
• Commitment to safety and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Support construction activities including site cleanup, material handling, and basic installation tasks
• Work closely with supervisors and skilled trades to assist where needed
• Follow all site safety procedures and properly use PPE
• Learn and assist with low‑voltage cabling tasks (pulling cable, labeling, staging materials)
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Take direction and training to develop technical skills over time
