Next Level Technician is seeking Entry Level Data Center Technicians for a long-term opportunity in Philadelphia, PA. Earn $20 per hour and start building a career in the construction and low-voltage industry.

Responsibilities include supporting construction activities, learning low-voltage cabling, and following safety procedures on diverse sites such as data centers, schools, hospitals, offices, and warehouses. Training is provided with room for growth.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required; full training provided
• Interest in building a long-term career in cabling or construction trades
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs, stand for long periods, and work in varying weather conditions
• Reliable transportation to and from the job site
• Strong work ethic, willingness to learn, and ability to follow instructions
• Commitment to safety and teamwork

Responsibilities

• Support construction activities including site cleanup, material handling, and basic installation tasks
• Work closely with supervisors and skilled trades to assist where needed
• Follow all site safety procedures and properly use PPE
• Learn and assist with low-voltage cabling tasks (pulling cable, labeling, staging materials)
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Take direction and training to develop technical skills over time
