Next Level Technician in Fort Wayne, IN is hiring Entry Level Data Center Technicians for a long-term opportunity supporting commercial and industrial projects including data centers, schools, hospitals and offices. No prior experience required—training provided.

You will learn low-voltage cabling, safety procedures, and basic installations while working on 10-hour shifts with a Monday–Friday schedule. This role offers weekly pay, PTO, medical benefits, and opportunities for career growth

Qualifications

• No prior experience required—training provided
• Interest in building a long-term career in data centers, cabling, or construction
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and stand or walk for extended periods
• Reliable transportation to and from the job site
• Strong work ethic, willingness to learn, and ability to follow instructions
• Commitment to workplace safety and teamwork

Responsabilités

• Assist with construction activities, including site cleanup, material handling, and basic installation tasks
• Work alongside supervisors and skilled tradespeople to support daily project needs
• Follow all job-site safety procedures and properly use personal protective equipment (PPE)
• Learn and assist with low-voltage cabling tasks, including pulling cable, labeling, and staging materials
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Follow direction and participate in on-the-job training to develop technical skills
