The Archetype Strategy in Northern Virginia is hiring Data Center Technician Trainees. No experience is required, and you'll receive paid, hands-on training to become a skilled technician. You'll receive paid, hands-on training from experienced technicians and learn everything you need to become a successful Data Center Technician. This is an entry-level opportunity with excellent advancement potential in one of the fastest-growing industries in the country.

What You'll Learn

Our training program will teach you how to:

• Install and organize copper and fiber optic cabling


• Rack and stack servers and networking equipment


• Install cable management systems


• Read construction drawings and layouts


• Label and document cabling


• Use industry-standard hand tools


• Follow data center safety procedures


• Work alongside experienced technicians on active projects


• Understand data center infrastructure and best practices

No previous knowledge is necessary—we'll teach you everything you need to know.

Responsibilities

• Assist experienced technicians with daily installations

• Organize and label cables according to project standards


• Build and install equipment racks
