Job summary

EPI Power, LLC is seeking an Electrical Laborer to support our electrical crews on mission-critical data center projects. This role provides general jobsite support to electricians and other members of the electrical team, including assisting with basic tasks, maintaining a clean and safe work area, and helping crews complete work efficiently and safely.

This position may require travel and/or relocation based on project needs.

Qualifications

• Experience in construction or labor roles preferred but not required.
• Willingness to learn electrical construction processes.
• Ability to work safely in a construction environment.
• Experience on commercial/industrial projects is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Keep work areas organized and ready for daily work.
• Maintain clean and safe work areas and site cleanup.
• Move, receive, stage, organize, and distribute materials, tools, equipment.
• Assist with material receiving, unloading, inventory, and logistics.
• Support safety initiatives such as hydration and heat-stress prevention.
• Perform safety duties as trained and when allowed.
• Participate in daily safety meetings and pre-task planning.
• Identify and report safety concerns and hazards.
• Follow all PPE requirements and safety policies.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
