EPI Power, LLC is seeking an Electrical Laborer to support our electrical crews on mission-critical data center projects. This role provides general jobsite support to electricians and other members of the electrical team, including assisting with basic tasks, maintaining a clean and safe work area, and helping crews complete work efficiently and safely.

The ideal candidate is dependable, safety-focused, willing to learn, and comfortable working as part of a team.

Qualifications

• Experience in construction, warehouse, manufacturing, material handling, or general labor preferred but not required.
• Experience on commercial, industrial, or mission-critical construction projects is a plus.
• Electrical experience is not required; willingness to learn, follow directions, and work safely in a construction environment is essential.

Responsabilités

• Support electrical crews by keeping work areas organized and ready for daily work.
• Maintain clean and safe work areas through housekeeping, trash pickup, debris removal, and site cleanup.
• Help move, receive, stage, organize, and distribute materials, tools, and equipment as directed.
• Assist with material receiving, unloading, inventory organization, and logistics support for electrical crews.
• Support crew hydration, heat-stress prevention efforts, and other jobsite safety initiatives as assigned.
• Perform fire watch duties as assigned and when properly trained and authorized.
• Perform spotter and flagger duties as assigned and when properly trained and authorized.
• Perform hole watch and confined space attendant duties as assigned and when properly trained and authorized.
• Participate in daily safety meetings, toolbox talks, and pre-task planning activities.
• Identify, report, and help mitigate safety concerns, damaged materials, and jobsite hazards.
• Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and PPE requirements.
• Support project teams in maintaining organized work areas and site readiness for construction activities.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
