Job summary

EPI Power, LLC is seeking an Electrical Laborer to support our electrical crews on mission-critical data center projects. You will help keep work areas organized, assist with material handling, and support safety initiatives on active construction sites.

The role emphasizes teamwork, learning, and safety as we deliver fast-track electrical construction solutions. This position may require travel and extended hours, including weekends, based on project demands.

Qualifications

• Experience in construction, warehouse, manufacturing, or general labor preferred but not required.
• Experience on commercial/industrial projects is a plus but not required.
• Electrical experience is not required; willingness to learn and follow directions is essential.

Responsibilities

• Support electrical crews by keeping work areas organized and ready for daily work.
• Maintain clean and safe work areas through housekeeping and site cleanup.
• Assist with material receiving, unloading, inventory and logistics support.
• Support hydration, heat-stress prevention, and safety initiatives.
• Participate in daily safety meetings, toolbox talks, and pre-task planning activities.
• Identify and report safety concerns, damaged materials, and hazards.
• Follow all safety policies and PPE requirements.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
