Job summary

EPI Power, LLC is seeking an Electrical Laborer to support our electrical crews on mission-critical data center projects. This entry-level role provides general jobsite support, assists with basic tasks, keeps areas clean and safe, and helps crews move and store materials.

The ideal candidate is dependable, safety-focused, eager to learn, and a team player. Travel or relocation may be required; extended schedules including weekends may apply.

Qualifications

• Construction or general labor experience preferred but not required.
• Willingness to learn and follow directions in a construction environment.
• Ability to work safely and as part of a team.
• Electrical experience is not required; willingness to learn is essential.

Responsibilities

• Support electrical crews by helping keep work areas organized and ready for daily work.
• Maintain clean and safe work areas through housekeeping and site cleanup.
• Help move, receive, stage, organize, and distribute materials, tools, and equipment.
• Assist with material receiving, unloading, inventory organization, and logistics support for electrical crews.
• Support crew hydration, heat-stress prevention efforts, and other jobsite safety initiatives.
