Job summary

Straticon in Deerfield Beach, FL is looking for a Data Specialist to help build and maintain the backend of our AI tools and automations. This hands-on role is early in your career, coding-heavy, and offers growth into a larger technology and AI role over time.

You will work with Python and SQL, build dashboards, and integrate data from multiple systems to power Straticon’s day-to-day operations. A great fit for those starting out who want real impact.

Qualifications

Experience or coursework in data analysis, programming, or CS.
Python and/or SQL experience preferred.
Detail-oriented and comfortable with data and troubleshooting.
Eager to learn and grow into a larger technology/AI role.
Good communication and collaboration in a small team.

Responsibilities

Collect, clean, and organize data to support reporting and decisions.
Build and maintain dashboards and reports tracking key metrics.
Write SQL queries to pull, transform, and validate data.
Write backend code (Python) to support internal AI tools.
Help test and improve features for AI-powered tools.
Support integration of AI tools with existing systems.
Document code and processes for maintainability.
