Job summary

Straive, a global leader in data analytics and AI solutions, seeks an AI-enabled Full Stack Developer to design and build scalable, production-ready intelligent applications across frontend, backend, and cloud environments.

The role emphasizes integrating AI/LLM-powered capabilities, building robust APIs, and delivering high-quality software while staying current with emerging AI frameworks and DevOps practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 4–8 years of software development experience.
• Experience with frontend frameworks (React/Angular/Vue) and backend (Node.js/Python/Java/.NET).
• Experience designing REST APIs and microservices.
• Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases and cloud platforms (Azure/AWS/GCP).
• Knowledge of Git, CI/CD, containers, and DevOps practices.
• Experience with LLMs, RAG, vector databases, and AI tooling is required.
• Familiarity with LangChain, Semantic Kernel, and AI orchestration is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy full stack applications using modern web technologies.
• Build and integrate AI-powered capabilities into enterprise apps.
• Develop scalable backend APIs and microservices.
• Create intuitive and responsive frontend experiences.
• Integrate external APIs, databases, and enterprise systems.
• Collaborate with product teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Optimize performance, security, reliability, and observability.
• Participate in code reviews and architectural discussions.
• Stay current with AI, agentic frameworks, and software engineering best practices.
