Schnabel is an employee-owned engineering and consulting firm seeking an Entry-Level (Staff) Engineer in Boise, ID. You’ll develop field and analytical skills, work on hydraulic structures, and join a collaborative team with opportunities to learn and grow.

Ideal candidates have a Civil Engineering degree, strong communication, and willingness to perform field work and travel for extended assignments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• EIT certification preferred; registration encouraged.
• Strong written and spoken English communication.

Responsibilities

• Apply engineering principles and numerical methods under supervision.
• Assist in CAD drawings for contract documents and reports.
• Prepare plans and specifications for construction documents.
• Develop engineering recommendations and write technical reports.
• Perform design calculations for hydraulic structures and inspections.
