Job summary

JT4, LLC is seeking a Cybersecurity Analyst I to support DoD cybersecurity tasks under the RMF framework. The role involves developing SSPs, POA&Ms, and conducting vulnerability assessments as part of an integrated IT security team.

You will work under supervision with opportunities to grow in RMF, A&A, and cybersecurity engineering, interacting with ISSMs, SAs, and PMs in a DoD environment at Edwards AFB.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer/Information Technology/Information Assurance or equivalent
• One year or more of experience in computer systems security
• DoD 8570.01-M compliance or ability to become compliant, IAT/Level I
• Security+ certification (or completion within timeframe)
• One of the following: A+CE, CCNA-Security, CND, Network+CE, or SSCP

Responsibilities

• Support RMF Assessment and Authorization processes across systems
• Prepare RMF SSPs and POA&Ms in eMASS
• Document system designs, configurations, and risk mitigations
• Notify admins, PMs, ISSMs of changes affecting security posture
• Support IA/Cybersecurity activities including testing and vulnerability management
• Provide cybersecurity engineering support per DoD 8510.01
• Contribute to risk analyses and tabletop exercises
• Demonstrate communication with customers and teammates
